Therapy, Consultation, and Building a Team

Connection. Curiosity. Creativity.

Skillful assessment of mental health concerns, practical knowledge, and evidence-based practices combine together as we move forward.

We will gain an appreciation for the unique ways the brain functions while we develop a framework of approaches, systems, and routines that support a meaningful life. We will develop alternative narratives as we unlearn messages of internalized ableism that often produce deep feelings of shame and otherness.

Together, we will strengthen well-being.

COLLABORATING WITH PEOPLE IN OREGON & WASHINGTON.

Meet Pamela

Psychotherapy and parent consultation that improves and inspires.

Hi there! I’m Pamela Atteberry, LICSW, a licensed clinical social worker in Oregon and Washington. I have provided therapy, and assessment services to children and families across school, community mental health, research, and private practice settings for 30+ years. I utilize my combined Clinical, Research, Program Development, and School Administration training to empower and bridge the gap between individuals, families, schools, and health providers.

My practice includes support for neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community, including gender-fluid and transgender youth. In treatment, we will work together so that I can gain an understanding of who you are within the context of your life experiences. We’ll confront fears, target ineffective or outdated coping strategies, and explore and celebrate those unique moments when the challenges do not take hold.
